Millennium Consulting Group

Our strategic planning process has five phases:

Phase 1 – Diagnostic Research –We invest time on the front end to examine your organization by interviewing your key internal advisors in each area of the business. We also assess your marketplace, your clients, and your competitors. All while we are working to help you shape your vision for the organization.

Phase 2 – One Or Two-Day Strategic Planning Summit –
We bring you together with your leadership team for an intense one- or two-day strategic planning summit. The summit is designed to help set the vision for your organization and identify the core strategies and tactics required for effective implementation.

Phase 3 – Strategy Documentation – Following the session, we take all of the information gathered during the first two phases and we craft a comprehensive, effective, and easy-to-read corporate strategy deck. Our summary is focused on a detailed strategic and tactical plan for leaders and an internal marketing brief for the entire organization.

Phase 4 – Strategy Roll Out or Training – Rather than merely provide a piece of paper that tells people about the strategy, we help you talk with your teams about the strategy. We can translate your strategy into a web conference or a one-day training program to be rolled out across the company. We can facilitate or co-facilitate – the choice is yours.

Phase 5 – Implementation and Sustainability Support – We follow up on our work with regular calls and clinics focused on ensuring effective implementation, appropriate strategy modification, and marketplace movement adaptation.

"Most financial institutions are good at talking about strategy, but very few are good at strategic planning. The best of the best don’t just talk about strategy and big-picture ideas, they focus on plans and implementation."

"We help you back up great ideas with great plans and great implementation."
